    We also oversee rental properties on behalf of owners. Services include tenant screening, rent collection, property maintenance, lease management, and handling tenant issues, aiming to maximize property value and ensure smooth operations.

About Tart Hive

I’m David Larson, a second generation real estate enthusiast and newly minted building engineer. My parents started buying homes in the 1980s around the time I was born. After college I participated in the family business and bought, sold and remodeled homes. But after a while, my appetite grew and I wanted to build bigger buildings. In 2021 I started designing in what is known as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Pluming) Engineering.
